I did a keyword search for information on how to create a drop-down menu in RSD, but all the responses i could find were quite old and all said it can't be done - i apparently need Menu-Builder, which i couldn't find anyway.
I was sure RSD could build drop-menus, or am i mistaken?

When using the Bootstrap framework there is at least one pre-built component for this. You could even use a series of pre-built button drop downs (or up) and place them into a container.

Basically everything Foundation and Bootstrap show in their documentation can be create in RSD, just create the element structure they show and add the corresponding classes and attributes. Luckily most of these components are readily available as pre-built and tested components from the Component Library
