Feature request : Don't open a thing when starting up RSD

Why, for the love of Oprah, is a document opened in the first place? I accidentally started up RSD today and wanted to close it immediately ... which is impossible, because it starts up a file and now RSD wants to know what I want to do with it. Well ... shove it. Let the 'open' window be an option in the first place! Just start up and wait.

That is something you control now. Just select open of the blank themes and then check "Don't show again" and "Set as default". These have been settings available in every responsive app since the beginning.

I don't know whether it is intended or not, however opening a new file seems to default to foundation framework with no visible way to to change to bootstrap. I know we can open a bootstrap framework using the theme chooser window, However it would reasonable to be able to change frameworks right at the new file screen. Not a big item but may give some help we folks that are less knowledgeable and need this option.
