I have set up a bunch of RSD sites but notseen this before.

That is a first page - but nothing comes up but a gray box for a picture. Its only one page so I can open another window and set it up again but would like to know if I did somethig

If I open a new project put a large picture element in with width set to none I get what you show.

If you want the image to display smaller, you need to give it some dimensions. It looks as if everything has been set to 'none'.
Edit:
I see that someone else beat me to this. But basically we are all saying the same. Width 'none' will cover the whole viewport.
