That is because again your using that an older version of Bootstrap 2 (2.3.2 to be exact) and that wireframe is no longer part of RSD 2.0. You can switch the Columns and Gutters through under the Layout pane. Just change it from 16 to 32.

Anything you relied on the default wireframe to do, those styles will not convert over because the wireframe is not there. You will have to re-apply all those styles again.
