Container overspill - needs to resize...

Im working on the attached RSD files.
The NP1 file has a group of 6 pictures. The hover effect is how i want it but, when reducing to a smaller screen size, the second container doesn't resize in height like the first one. Obviously a break point is needed at some point but this overspill occurs far to early to be practical.
I have the second file were the resize occurs well down to 1024 were I would expect to add a break point but the hover effect is not the same.
I guess solving the problem on Nurture project 1 would give greater flexibility to other occurrences of this type!
Has anyone else encountered this please?
The attached files need the extensions renamed to .rsd because of upload issues, very annoying!!

The over spill causing the bottom scroll bar is the <p> in the footer with the email address. Set a negative left margin on it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric
Sorry not the bit I was referring to. Sometime these things are difficult to describe. If you go to the first break point 1024 and use the RSD preview not the web browser preview, then click on on of the six pictures a dark background will appear that is to high for the pictures. Probably didn't make that clear to start with.
Thanks

Sorry Erik. Hover over the picture. That's on the NP1 file.

More info.
The point is if you then click on the screen slider size I've over 1200 the container is then the right size. I don't get it though as one container resizes with the picture but the other doesn't?

It probably has something do do with all that neg margin on the container.
