Is there a way to make the lens effect container in this demo

Always line up with the bottom of the photo? The photo is a background and might have to incorporate the lens effect and copy into the picture and then change the picture out with different sizes but would like to see if I can do this in the program. The photo is a row background and have offset it slightly to do what I want it to and set it size:cover
