I see what you have done, created a second column which is hidden at smaller viewports, and then you have placed the map inside the first column, inside the containers, hidden at large screens. That is of course another way of doing it, but I wonder if that might cause a longer loading time, especially on mobile devices.

In my example you may of course remove the breakpoint at the middle view and go directly to the small one. In that case the container widths can be set the way you prefer. I made a 'second edition' with the images and 'maps' colour coded, to better see which belongs where. And I reduced it to just one breakpoint.

Well Inger sometimes a compromise has to be accepted,, not sure it would be a massive load difference on mobile devices, I don't have smartphone with me at this time (no point as no signal where I end up) would be an interesting exercise though to test it out with the real images.

Here comes the attachment. I had to move to Chrome as Ffx doesn't let me send it.

Oh, and Wayan, I edited my previous post, read again. ;)

You are way more active already thanks me! Woke up and went out for 10 mile run with my doggy

Wanted to post the file but will check yours first

@inger did not check yours yet but I have three columns with three containers now

@wayan I know what you mean but the text needs to be there first. I wondered about a subgrid with subcontainer.

Will look into your files now

I used the containers because they are easier to move around than subgrids. And besides, anything named 'grid' or 'row' cannot display flex in RSD. That would have to be done after export, and redone ad nauseam every time after a change in the .rsd file.

Hi Inger

Ah I noticed that you gave the containers a number in the smaller version. I did not know about that trick. I will try that as well

Here is my project (only part of the first page)

wrong file... will move to my other computer :-( hold on

The number was for being able to position the containers in the proper order.

Getting everything lined up with equal heights was easy, but I've literally spent the whole day on trying to get those maps aligned vertically. They certainly don't know what 'center' means, nor sizes. I think the iframe in which they are sitting, might need some styling. The file kliniek2 shows my efforts.

I eventually gave up struggling with those maps. If someone else would like to have a go, be my guest!

Instead I created kliniek3, where I ripped out the html containers and used image links instead. They behave nicely, are easily manageable and line up properly. And they work just as well.

So, there you are, take your pick! ;)
