Confused About Startup - Post ID 262914
When I start RSD there is an index page that comes up. It is a Coffee Cup page. I have made a page called index.rsd but still, each time I start the program, I have to go to open recent and open MY page. As well, I did a test publish and RSD installed the Coffee Cup page as the index... not mine.
SO... I tried to add my page into the resource area and it put a box on the screen saying not to do that...it would cause a slow don of the program...etc etc...
How do I know where my pages are....and how do I make my site open when I start RSD?? How do I know IF and WHERE my project is?? Is there a tutorial on this??

You have a few options there Dan. You can always double-click on your index.rsd file to open it or you can go to the File Menu and select Save As Theme and then on theme chooser, select your newly save theme and check the box "Set as default".
Never do that.
That would be wherever you saved it to. There would be no direct tutorial on this. Typically you always know where your stuff is at.

After fixing this last evening, I now wonder WHEN to use the "Resources" at the top of the program in RSD ???
Should I just use the folder I made for the project?
This video on CoffeeCup is why I thought I should add all the files to resources. http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … mail-phone Take a look at that. ...Everything is working but I just wanted to know what this "Resources" is for? THANKS!!!
The primary function is for adding your images. It also can be used to include 3rd party scripts, PDF files, etc. Basically, anything you want to link to within your website.
