The row with the ID top-bar-responsive is in the footer of the page, it's not a menu anymore but maybe originally it was but has been changed, and not had the ID changed

If we keep on going like this I'm gonna need the services of the website:D

To be truthful I couldn't get it to work but was able to eliminate the menu clean and make a new one and it works.

It is odd that on the computer screen at all sizes it all works fine. But on my phone an extra phone number appears under the menu under the last 2 break points. Very odd
