I'm using RSD for the first time. In the Settings panel/General tab, it lists Tooltips and Modal as components. I don't see that functionality anywhere in RSD. Are tooltips and modal popups available? And, if so, how do you create them in RSD?

RSD 1.5 does not have components to build with yet. I would do a search for modal or tooltip (popup) inside this forum for suggestions. HTML element ?
RSD 2.0 is on the radar with over 100 additions !
