Chrome not showing my pages properly

This is the way it is supposed to look on the host server (using my s drive to show you example):

see the new green text on the header
see the event in the menu is white

This is the way Chrome shows it on the official site:
http://www.dozwm.net/

see the header is still showing blue text (from the previous update i made in may)
see the event is still pink

Also on this page: http://www.dozwm.net/shirley.html
it is still showing the text as centered and a larger font i didn't choose

where as here: http://leeanniekingcom.coffeecup.com/shirley.html
the texts perfect size and aligned.

what am i doing wrong?

RSD version 1.5 build 1419
Chrome 58

I was able to get the size and alignment fixed but other text formatting I did isn't 'accepting' (basically i re-exported the site into a different folder so the style sheet would update; previously i was exporting into the same folder but the pop up said the style sheet won't update. i assume this was the problem so i changed to a differnt folder and it seem to work).

I'm still curious about my index page and why the colors won't change in Chrome.

works ok with the colours on my chrome browser over here in Bali
