It's scrolls smoothly on my pc and IE11 when using the scroll bar.The background image only jerks when using mouse or touch scroll.

I just check again and it's jerky in IE11. I may have been on the built in IE earlier.

Bro your site still jerks... Your site and mine will act differently if you use the scroll wheel to scroll, versus the side bar to scroll..............it is stupid Microsoft browser IE 11 and something with windows 10... I think my 8.1 worked ok.
Now EDGE works better, but still makes my site background BLURRY...
IE11 it has something to do with smooth scrolling, if I turn that off the site scrolls ok but my left background logo (captain America) is blurry, UNTILL you scroll all the way to the bottom, then it looks crisp.

View my site and yours on CHROME or FIREFOX...they look and feel AWESOME....
