This is going to sound confusing but I am trying to create a logo using font and rules. The problem is the rules of course break as you slide and it's too many breaks to fix them with breakpoints. Can I make a container that stays the same shape so the rules don't break apart?

If I'm understanding your need correctly you can set the max and min width for elements to the same amount to keep them from being responsive
