Button Links & Header Moves together...

I'm using SD V5. My issue is;

When I move my Button Links & also when I move my Heading on one page.. then when I go to my next page I notice that it had also moved my Button Links & also Heading on the other page. Not sure why? I have a different main logo (large) on my main page and a second smaller logo on my other pages so I don't want the Button Links and Heading to move together.

Check to see if they are set as symbols

Select one of them
First see if you can see a Reddy brown border around it, if so then that indicates that it is set as a symbol

The outline is sometimes difficult to see so keeping the element selected open the tab "elements" when that opens there is another tab inside that called "symbols" open that

On the right there is an icon for a chain link, if that is a bright orange then that means it's a an active symbol click on that I on and it will remove the link to symbols, do that for all the elements you want to change the position of.

Then once they are clear of being a symbol you can merrily move them to their new position without effecting the other elements.

It could be that the Heading on both (or all?) pages have the same class name. If that is the case, they will also take the same styles on both/all pages. The same thing with the Button links.

If this is the case, you can avoid the problem by giving them an extra class name, and let them be styled according to the extra name. As an example; I often have the heading named '.header . index' and '.header .about', and similar to any other elements that share the same class name but have to be styled differently.

It seems to me that the problem isn't with the styling it's with where they are on a page (top-bottom, above below left or right), having the same class name doesn't change that position on different pages the elements on a different page stay where they are regardless of the class names if they are set as "Symbols" then yes they will all move to the same new position on ALL the pages that they are set as "Symbols". To reposition a header or button link that is a symbol on a particular page you need to "De-Symbolise" for that page ,then you can reposition them without affecting thepositioning on the other pages

No it's definitely not linked. That symbol is not highlighted.

Plus, on my ABOUT page the two images are also somehow linked. Whenever I move on then the other one also moves. And, there's no space between the bottom and top pictures.

I'm not sure how to upload the main file for assistance. Not even sure what is the name of the file after ARG3X ASIA dot what is the extension?

First of all Anthony, you need open your Site Designer Project File

Then SAVE AS (New name for backup) save it to your desktop or something where you can easily find it

close the project file

go to the location where you saved the back up one to, right click and compress it.
once compressed you can go to dropbox.com (they have a free version) there you can upload your zipped file and then copy the link that they give you.
Then you can paste that link into this thread so we can download it and help you see whats happening.

I see your site is .asia, I am in Indonesia maybe we are in same timezone

I suspect that the issue is with the container not the header & buttons

Which in that case the class names are relevant, for styling as per Ingers suggestion,, if they both have the same class name (the container that is, ) and you change it from say "Flex = column No-wrap (for example) to flex=row wrap then the other will follow the same, which will throw out the contents of the container.

you definitely need to let us look at the project file
