Hey guys, I've designed my site and used breakpoints which work fine on the preview screen and when I upload site and view on internet and minimize the page. But when I test it on my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) the breakpoints don't work and the whole site just gets squished up and looks terrible. My son says it's because these mobile phones have a display width of 1080 so they show the whole site (which would mean that breakpoints are useless here). I'd be grateful for any suggestions and insights about this.
thanks

High PPI phones should have their web viewing set to reduce that sort of resolution. Double check the browser settings. browser settings on phones and tablets should have an option to view as mobile or desktop. If desktop, the special scaling may be disabled.
S5 should have a non-zoomed based width of 360 when in mobile mode.

Here is a viewport emulator. This emulator shows the S5 should work well.
