I need to use this css code in RSD 2.0 on a container. Is there any way to do this without inline ?

and what is it and what does it do ?

Here is the project Ihover I am working with. The hover effects are working but I was trying to eliminate anything but the transitions so I could adjust within Foundation Framer everything else. The css effects file only contains the square effects and the remaining items I am unsure of. Some of the other effects on the demo page link will need the structure changed but should work once the change are made. Seems to work on mobile.....

Anyway if someone can tell me what the css box-sizing does that would eliminate one more setting.
