When I edit text, then move lower to edit more text, the cursor jumps back up so I can't see what I'm wanting to edit further down. I have to save my project, close RSD, relaunch it and reopen my project to continue editing. What am I doing wrong?

Hi William, thats a very peculure behavior happening there. I would open a support ticket and get CC to have a look at the issue. After restarting the application is it better?

I am unable to replicate what you are describing William. Can you record a screen video so we can see what you are describing?

I think I might have had something similar when I first started with RSD and it took me awhile to get the hang of it.
This sounds like something similar.
I finally learned to click the Preview button which removes the control panes (Layout, Elements, Design, etc.) and puts RSD into Preview mode.
Then use the slider to slide the page down, and when you are at the elements you want to edit, click the Preview button again. And now the control panes are back and you can continue editing.
I might have missed the mark but it sounded an awful lot like my first experiences.

Very interesting comment, WMammel. I think you may have the same problem, but just solved it differently. I have found that if I am in edit mode and click somewhere out in the grid (and exit edit mode, I presume) and then re-enter edit mode, I can mouse-scroll down to where I need to edit and it will not bounce me back to the last place I edited. But, if I don't leave edit mode and mouse-scroll up or down and click somewhere else, after a second, I'll jump back to where I was before. So, WMammel, you might not have to go into and out of Preview mode.
