Newbie here (Clearly)
I just downloaded Site Designer, but I'm wondering if this includes the Bootstrap module? I'd like to create a carousel on my main page header but not sure if I need to purchase and download Bootstrap separately or not

As Wayan is saying, Bootstrap is built in, and if you look under 'Components', you will find a ready made Carousel module to kickstart your project.
