When using that theme, how do you make the menu change into the hamburger (or other icon) as opposed to it stacking the menu names when on mobile devices?

The menu has the hamburger style for phones, but for the size between the first blue breakpoint up to the second white point the menu items are stacking. The easiest way to fix it, is dragging that 2nd white breakpoint down so that it covers the first blue one.

ok, thanks...just for grins...what if I wanted to use bootstrap version...does it do it already, too?

The Bootstrap version is different. I think I would rebuild the menu to achieve the same thing.
