A horizontal UL bar dropdown menu for medium and above screens
On small screens it goes to an accordion menu that opens from an icon

REPAIRS
Added the missing class from the coffeecup tutorial to fix the dropdown
A CSS fix for the sub menu dropdown to change the top links text color and background
A CSS fix for the accordion menu arrows, that still isn't in build 2309

OPTIONS
A CSS option to add to control the dropdown panel border, center those text and
make them the same size as the top link when possible
A bunch of different dropdown menu alignment options
Even one to make the menu links fill the space using flex grow on the LI
A way to make the accordion menu open where a user is when they scroll down the page
If you're feeling rambunctious a way to fix the dropdown in position with CSS since the sticky navigation isn't working
