WYSIWYG Editor Within Shopping Cart -...
I sell custom business cards. I need the user to be able to design their custom card online, place order and pay.
Is there a way this can be done within CC shopping cart? I have seen order forms with WYSIWYG editors within them. Especially on printer websites. This would be very helpful.
I have most of the CC software and would like to know if there is a way I can do this and keep it within the family.
If not with CC Shopping Cart any other suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you.
Right now that is not an option in the software but it is something we hope to include later down the line after we add in a few more important features.
You can sort of work around this by using our Form Builder software and contact your customers after the order has been placed asking them to customize their order. It is an extra step but you can use this as a way to open a dialog with your customers and possibly up sell them on additional services.

Thank you Scott. There are 10s of 1,000 of printers that are looking for an affordable way to sell customizable business cards that "their" clients design for themselves online. Even if it was sold as a separate "business card designer" module you would have a hit. Including the thousands of merchants that do sell customizable products online would be very interested. Having to go back to the client loses the excitement factor the client has while online because "see" what they created and I get exactly what the want without worry of us making an error. I look forward to this in up coming releases.
