What do do when Paypal plug in goes...

as far as i read it, the paypal plugin used with CC Shopping cart is ceasing to exist, and i got emails from paypal saying i was using it and trying to ease me into more expensive options. :mad:

Hiya Art,

It's the Browser Plugin for "paying" not for "receiving" money. Has nothing to do with the Cart Creator at all as that isn't a Browser Plugin. The key word in that email you got is:

"...ways to Pay?"

No worries, we are just fine for getting payments from PayPal with the SCC programs :)


Here's the same message on their website with basically the same phrase "ways to pay" in there.

Talks about it as being the Browser Plugin also. Hope that helps alleviate your worries :)
