I got this error message,

An error has ocurred: when sending custom QUOTE commands to the remote server, one of the commands returned an error code that is 400 or higher. (21)

What does this mean. I don't have my paypal info in yet for the store, in case that has anything to do with it.

Which version of Shopping Cart are you using? 3.0.1 is the most current versions. Where specifically do you get that error? Can you include a screen shot?

ok, now I'm really feeling stupid, I don't know what it is uploading to, my main site is http://www.christlutherandeforest.org/index.html, but when I look in my server's file manager, I don't see the files.

So are the files making it to my server with this error message? I am trying to upload to my www directory, which is where I upload the rest of my coffee cup files.

What folder did you tell it to upload in the server configuration area? You probably will want to use a sub folder instead of your www directory so that it does not conflict with other files. Use /shop for example.

Hi
I am also having the same problem as the person above.

error #21 :when sending custom QUOTE commands to the remote server, one of the commands returned an error code that is 400 or higher.

I cant create subfolders because our ftp site points users directly to the mainfolder.

Please help!!!
