Trying to open 3.0 cart with 3.5 -...

I am browsing to the .scc file to open a previously made cart with the newly installed 3.5, but an error box opens that says "the price is negative" - any ideas?

When do you get this error exactly? Do you get it when you click open or after some other function when using the software?

It's no rush, it was a simple cart. I redid it in 3.5 and it was a pleasure.
Opened a support topic called "3.0 SCC FILE - CAN'T OPEN WITH 3.5".
