Transaction Logging - Post ID 261179
I turned on transaction tracking. I was able to access the transaction file but nothing is seen.
After implementing transaction tracking, I was getting complaints from my customers that they couldn't process their shopping cart via PayPal. This had worked fine before I added transaction logging.
Troubleshooting: I tried to process a transaction and noticed after hitting the pay via PayPal in the shopping cart, I was getting an error message across the top of the page: "Error while storing data: Cannot create new route."
I turned off transaction logging and transactions in the shopping cart were able to be processed by PayPal.
I imagine it is a file or folder attribute issue.
What do I need to do in order to implement transaction logging correctly?
