Ok I'm totally not sure what caused this, I've gone over all the products and I just can't think of anything I would have done to change the color. I've tried adding/removing Bold, Underlines, Italics, and nothing made it revert to black. Also when I checked the code (see attached screen shot) it looks like it added a paragraph with text attributes, and I know I didn't do that lol. I don't add any HTML to my products, I do do a little in the other pages, which may explain the problems there, not sure, I haven't gotten to that part yet, still trying to get the products straightened out.

As it sits I'm going to have to delete the ones that are extremely messed up because I've tried changing the text, replacing it, totally deleting then replacing it, but it will not allow me to fix this issue without actually putting in separate text editing manually with the text editor to change the color (which is a pain because we don't have HTML color box to enter that color in) soooo I will have to delete all the products and redo them.

I truly wish I knew what happened here because without being able to track it down, how will I be able to stop it from happening again? :( I'm very frustrated with this mess right now, so I'll post later if anything else comes to mind. I'll do a ticket later to see if maybe staff can help me track it down.

Here's a screenie showing the text setup in the code:

Well I opted to just recolor the text manually instead of redoing the entire product since most of them had long lists of Optional Fields lol. I have not figured out what it is, and the only thing that really bothers me is that I need to make sure I don't accidently use any of these altered text ones for copy/pasting to create new products. Shouldn't be too hard to remember, but still would like to know what caused this. I'll mess with trying to do a ticket if neccessary later, and I'll check the other pages tonight later too.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
