I found out today that I need a a Linux platform which supports php scripts.
My current provider says I need this in order to access my CoffeeCup store.

Which provider are you using? How would you rate them as far as responsiveness, price, etc.

There are many hosts out there. I would tell you that I use 1and1.com and have never had a problem.

They have real 24/7 free support - phone or chat line.

I used to use 1 & 1, but they were never available when I needed them in the evenings.

i just checked IXwebhosting out and did a live chat...very responsive. my only question is this:

i have nearly all of the coffeecup software (except cart, which i'm getting ready to purchase) i dropped my previous host because it wouldn't even let me use the auto-ftp built into cc software packages.

do i need a linux or windows package?
it is my hope to use all coffee cup stuff for the new domain
