Thank goodness....Im still confused how a basic and a pro version of the same software aren't upgradeable...kind of goes against the grain of all the other software companies I have dealt with. Oh well problem resolved anyhow.

M-F 9am-5pm EST. Phones are very busy today. People keep wanting to know where to find an egg. ;)

Yes, support calls are scheduled from 9:15am-4:30pm M-F.
