Wondering if there's a CSS issue here.... I don't see Owen's issue, either, XPSP3, 1440x900, IE7, FF, or on 1440x900 Vista, IE7, FF,

But, I have run into some issues with IFrames, and Blankets with opacity, and margin errors that act funny on some machines....

Wondering if any of these purported CSS Errors out of THICKBOX CSS could be the gremlins?

This seems to be common styling for all the themes, contained in each theme package...

oops; left out this comment re above:
Owen's popup images are nice and large,
600+pixels by approx 500px...

Wonder if we're getting a rendering issue viz margins on some machines?

Just a wild thought::rolleyes:
Owen, you got any toolbar scrolls running in your browser, like Yahoo, Google or somebody's? Try turning them off....
Conduit (http://www.conduit.com/ had an issue last year on new vista machines, causing some display problems on several new Vista IE7 setups.

Hi everyone

Many thanks for all of the responses,

No, there's nothing extra running - just the IE7 scroll bars.

I can live with/work around the 'view detail' and 'use of & in the description' issues. But, it would really be helpful to get some comment about saving the server profile with the project.

I just exported my cart for offline use and found the same problem. Only showing the top 2/3rds of the picture in IE7, but okay on Firefox same as described above.

My laptop is set for 1280x800 w/ 96dpi. I tried it at other resolutions up and down with no difference, the picture does not show completely.

Is there a solution for this?

Edit: I tried the cart on two different PCs and it worked okay with IE7, so apparently it is something related to my laptop and Owen's PC.

Owen,

I have the same issue with the images as you described. Whether it's on my store or any image on the Coffee Cup site, it is always displayed on the bottom of the screen with only half the image showing. There's no way to see the bottom.

I have always been told "it looks fine on my end" and no further investigation.

We were able to track this down this week to a bug in the thickbox code. Just do a search on Google for "thickbox ie7 position" and you will find a handful of threads discussing fixes. On the bright side, the developer he has started working on a new DOMwindow library which maybe could replace thickbox in Shopping Cart Creator and is actually more scriptable/customizable than thickbox is.

We probably won't implement any changes in thikbox for the next 1-2 versions.

Hi Scott

Thanks for the feedback on this issue and to everyone who's contributed.

Is there any news on the ability to save each shop project with it's server profile?

Regards

Owen

No update on that yet. Right now we are concentrating on some of the larger wish list items.
