I am using Windows 7, 64 bit version.
Shopping Cart Creator 3.9 build 4355
When I go to upload my website shop, I have to enter all the info for the server again, it will not retain the info.
Also when I try and add some html to a product entry, using add URL or add HTML, the entry only adds as text, not a link as it used to do when I used Windows XP.

shop can be found at http://regpye.com.au
Problem area is in hotends, I have tried to add a URL for a postage calculator, but only text will be available to the reader, so they would have to copy and paste into another browser session.

If I can't get this simple entry to work, I also wont be able to get a video entry to work either, and that has me a bit worried as I want to do that soon.
Some say it can't be done, while others are doing it.

First thing to check...are you running the program as 'Administrator'?
if you are unsure, then 'right-click' the startup icon and select 'Run as Administrator'.
If that works for you, you can change the properties for good later on.

About adding a link to the html box ... are you simply typing the text? Or are you using the 'Insert URL' button on the task bar above the text box? Try using the 'Insert URL' button.
