This maybe has already been addressed, but I was not able to find a thread on it.
I am using Shopping Cart Creator (love it) and just put a shopping cart online for a friends site the other day. Within about 24hours he had his first online sale but I noticed something very strange in the email from PayPal. Anywhere I had a quote (") in the title of the product PayPal displayed it on the invoice as "
Here is an example: 3 Pack of "Snowflake" Ornaments
Displays in PayPal emails as: 3 Pack of "SnowFlake" Ornaments
Here is the actual site (http://www.kristalco.com and the shop is http://www.kristalco.com/shop), but I have since removed all of the quotes from the titles of the products until I know what is going on. I am making another store to sell pictures and it would be nice to be able to use the quotes to show the dimensions of a picture in the title, like 20" X 30" Gallery Wrap or whatever.
Has anyone else seen or experienced this?

Viv,
Thanks for passing along that info. That does help a lot. I wish there was something that could be done about it, but at least I know not to use those characters now.
Thanks again,
Jorgey
