When we sell to a customer in Canada, we have trouble with shipping. This has something to do with the way the cart interacts with paypal. It offers only shipping via priority or express (which is $20 and up for this product).
When we sell via ebay, we also have first class, which is far less expensive. How do we get this fixed so that we can continue to sell to our Canandian clients?

Hi Vallorie, Here's what you need to do... Go to http://paypal.com

Select 'Profile', then 'My Selling Tools', then scroll down to 'Shipping Calculations'.

From there you can set up shipping options to Canada (or anywhere else).
