I've noticed a couple of limitations and wonder if users here or CC have any feedback that would be helpful.

Catalog management seems quite tedious if your catalog is larger than say 100 items. The initial product load is a grave task without import like ability and so entering items manually is extremely tedious. In my example, some of the same products appear in different categories. Tying to use the Search feature to see if I already entered the product once and so would be able to copy and paste it into a new category is very weird. The catalog area jitters like MSN's IM poke command while it is searching. Not to mention it takes forever to find the item if it exists, but on top of that, all of the categories get expanded at then end of the search.

It also seems that if you have more than a certain number of categories, the resulting dropdown category menu in the store view is one long banner. Is there a way to make the category menu function more like a tree menu ?

I am waiting for the Pro Version to come out as it will address this by having a database and import functions from CSV or so I think as it is not really leaked any details.
