This may seem like a dumb question, but how do I know when I've made a sale? Our CPA came by today and showed me a deposit and asked me what it was from. I checked my receipts from Authorize.net and found the sale ($13.98), but have no other documentation on what the item is, or the color, etc. (I know by the price what it is, but not the color).

This is problematic, as we also take in dozens of online registration fees and I get those same emails too, so I had to sift through several emails to find my shopping cart email.

Suggestions? Thanks!

With the Paypal cart Paypal sends you an email with all the details but from memory with the other carts you need to log into your account there to check.

Hopefully someone who uses the other carts can verify this.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

You would think A.net would send out an email when a payment is made.

That may be something you have to configure within a.net

Thanks for the responses. A.net does send an email, but it doesn't include the item, quantity, color, etc., only the total and customer info.

I'll see if A.net can be 'configured'!

Thanks.
