so i'm guessin gthat the ability to sell online, downloadable products will only be made available in the "PRO" version? which means we have to buy it again? this was the reason i bought the shopping cart in the first place, and have been told this feature was coming in future updates, is this not the case?

When this feature is eventually added, you will need to purchase the 'pro' version as it will not be a part of the basic version of the software. The initial release of Shopping Cart Creator Pro will also not have digital download support, but one of the subsequent updates most likely will.

As we get closer to the release date, we will be posting more information on what you will find in the 'pro' version.

I know the 'Pro' version is due at the end of the summer, but do you have any actual anticipated release date and also price for this version?

Also I see that this is not a free upgrade from Shopping Cart 3.5 but more of a product in it's own right, so do we still need to have SC 3.5 installed etc, and if not, will the Pro version use the same user interface as SC 3.5.

At this time we have no exact date or price point. When you install the 'pro' version, it will either upgrade the version of Shopping Cart Creator already installed or simply install the 'pro' version on its own. The interface will mostly be the same but with loads of other options. So everything found in the 'basic' version will be found in the 'pro' as well.

I'm also building a photography site, primarily using Visual Site Designer & Photo Gallery, and am just at the point of adding a shopping cart for ordering. So far everything has gone smoothly and works great (except for a small niggle w/thumbnail sizing - I'll ask about this in the Photo Gallery forum), but I'm just now realizing that Shopping Cart Creator 3.5 won't quite do what I need it to - 100+photos, multiple sizes, and multiple options (photo only, matted, framed). So, I'm also anticipating Shopping Cart Pro.

Since I recently purchased the Super Pack (I'm also enjoying Web Form Builder, Color Schemer, etc.) can I expect a free upgrade to Shopping Cart Pro. Looks like I need it, but thought I had "everything."
