Just realized there's a typographical error in one of the pages in my cart. (could be more)
I have been trying to find the page somewhere in my files to make the correction...but cannot. Only solution I see is to export and publish the entire cart.
Is this the only way?

Re-publish entire cart to fix a typo?...
As I understand, the cart syncs to what is on the server now so only the changes are uploaded. So I'm guessing if you fixed a single typo the upload will be quicker.

That's correct Tom, no worries Jim, when you update the cart it will only take maybe 20 secs max to upload (depending on how many products you have that is hehe) as it only uploads changes, it doesn't upload the whole cart again.
Do keep in mind that when you delete a product or change the graphic it will delete the previous graphics and reupload that changed graphic or it will delete the ones that you deleted so it may take a little longer than just a typing change, but it's pretty quick usually for changes.
