I changed the theme and published...changed back and published again...
still cannot get thumbnail pics to expand....
also cleared the cache on both browsers....
ideas???

I was setting up SCC on my local machine but was running into the image problem. So I uploaded the cart to my server but am still having the problem.

I was setting up SCC on my local machine but was running into the image problem. So I uploaded the cart to my server but am still having the problem.
I would suggest changing your theme and upload and see if it works then. Next change it back. I just quadruple checked that there is no issue with the thumbnail code and everything is ok. If you both still can't get it working, call our office tomorrow at 678-495-3480 and setup a support call with one of our techs.

Problem persists. I tried changing the theme and re-uploaded files to server. Same problem.
Please call our office tomorrow at 678-495-3480 and setup a support call with one of our techs so they can look into this a bit more. If you don't want to do that, fill out a support ticket and send us your source files and give us ftp access to your server and we can work on it from here for you.
