This is the fourth day of chain saws and wood chippers in my summer park. Early Friday morning we were hit with a short burst of extremely high winds and lots of trees knocked down. Our WiFi hotspot has been ranging from poor to excellent during the last four days. I was using Cart builder 3.5 with no problem until I uploaded the newest release yesterday PM. My shop loads OK in either IE or Foxfire. The item page also comes up, however, when I click on the individual images the loadingAnimation.gif shows but the enlarged image doesn't. I would blame the slow WiFi speed except that my Buy It Sell It site is working slow but OK, i.e., the enlarged image are loading (Buy It Sell It).

So I;
o I deleted cookies, temporary files, etc from IE
o I reloaded the cart this morning
o I rebooted my computer
o I added a few more items to my cart and uploaded it

I'm still not able to load the enlarged images.

Looking at your shop, some of the files are either missing or corrupted which is why you are seeing that issue. The easiest way to fix this is:

1) Delete everything off your Website and re-upload
2) Change the theme to another one and upload and then change it back and upload.

Either way should correct this problem.

Thanks for getting back to me. BTW, I just got off the phone after a long conversation with a friend. Our wind storm Friday was finally acknowledged as a small tornado.

1) Delete everything off your Website and re-upload

Are you saying to delete my shopping cart? I backed it up yesterday before upgrading, however, I'll lose several items.

Since all modifications to your shop are handled through the software, no changes will be lost. Simply delete your shop manually on your server and then immediately upload again in Shopping Cart Creator.

I understand now, the website not the hand drive, thanks! Before I do this please take another look at my site. I changed my theme and uploaded the shop. Some images are missing but the site seems to be working OK. Do I still need to delete the web shop and re-load?

Thanks for your super fast help!

The colorbox appears to be working now, so you maybe all set.

Thanks again! BTW, the problem I was having with IE placing the enlarged image in the center of the screen is also gone. So I'm a happy camper.

In this last update we switched from Thickbox to Colorbox which corrected that bug. Cool heh? :)

Yes, cool but the saga continues. I tried Foxfire and the old theme is still showing with part of the header on the left of the screen and the balance way over to the right of the screen and partly off the screen. I rebooted my computer but Foxfire is still messed up. I think I'd better delete my website and re-load as soon as the WiFi improves.

Just makes for an interesting challenge. I was getting bored with just adding inventory.

Thanks

On my side everything appears ok to me. Could be a cache issue for ya. I would suggest though going through my original steps above just to be safe.
