Hi,
I have noticed if you delete one of the selections on the optional field drop down box, go to work on another product, then return to original product the deleted selection re appears. Not all occasions but it has happened to me
3 times today.
I am deleting as follows:
Highlight one of the selections - right click - delete from drop down menu.

Did you by chance have the box "Enable Optional field sharing" checked?

No I have figured out when it happens.
If you copy and paste a product into a new category, then edit the new product options, tends to remember the old options.
I have just deleted all old options and built new options from scratch,
and this clears the problem.

Hi,
If you are lazy like me and copy and paste product to new location (different category) and just tweak existing options by modifying one or two choices and upload, you may find the options out of sync as they revert to original copied product.
