I just buy the software and i have the same error
Error running C:\Program Files\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup ShoppingCart\ShoppingCart.exe : child killed : SIGABRT
The application will exit now.
I canot open the software

You could try deleting the program, reboot and do a registry clean then download a fresh copy and re-install. If that doesn't fix it then submit a Support Ticket as Scott has suggested before.

Go to Get Support on the purple toolbar above...
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

It was easier for me to use the search function with "search hidden files" checked in advanced settings.
