Hi, i am just in the trail period of the new shop software...(thinking about buying it)

Now the award winning question.. how do i integrate this shop into MY website. i know there are alot of great templates that you've made, but i want it to be in my website ofcours..

modifying the css and html, header image etc.. i was able to make it look different. but i think alot of folks out there (including myself) look for an easy solution to put this thing into theyr own page. can you give me instructions how to?

thanks.

At this time, Shopping Cart Creator works with the provided styles. However, if you're familiar with CSS and HTML, you can edit the styles in program like CoffeeCup HTML Editor or directly on your server using the Code Editor in CoffeeCup Direct FTP.

We are also working on a new program, Shopping Cart Styler, an equally intuitive application that will allow you to modify your shop with such options as applying custom color schemes, styling text, and customizing backgrounds. No coding required, of course! Drop us a note if you're interested in joining the beta program.

Note: Any manual changes made to the styles outside of Shopping Cart Creator are not supported at this point.

When you save your cart, it generates all html, css and php files. You can then use any program you like to modify the content. Any manual changes made to the styles outside of Shopping Cart Creator are not supported at this point.

Right now this is an unsupported feature and there is no documentation to do what you are looking for. When you export your shop files for upload, everything need to run your shop is generated. You would need to open the various files in Dreamweaver and make whatever changes you like.

Once our Styler application is available, you will be able to make most of the changes in the software.

When we discussed Shopping Cart Creator in the earlier phases, this was actually requested by a lot of storeowners as a "sign of trust" to their customers. We now understand that this is not always desirable for our designer friends. A lot of customers really like it, though :)

There are a lot of professional features that we did not add to this version that would have been helpful for the design community. This was deliberate; to set Shopping Cart Creator apart from the other Web shop software out there, we wanted to keep it as straightforward, easy to use, and fast as possible. But since we’re fully aware of the more advanced requirements, a "professional" version of Shopping Cart Creator has always been on our product roadmap. Among the features included in this version would be options such as stock control and the ability to customize the footer.

Based upon your feedback, however, we will now look into adding this feature to a future release of this version of Shopping Cart Creator instead. If we still do a "pro" version, the deal will be sweet, so either way it’s safe to go with this version. After all, the more users we have and the more feedback we get, the better we can make Shopping Cart Creator!

I am very newbie to this. I downloaded the trial version and it came out fine and I have my logo there. I closed it down last night and now I want to work on it again..but I can't figure out how to see it on my computer now.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
