We need all those file so we can verify the shop here. Just zip everything up and make sure not to leave any of the files out.

Zip up your .scc file for your shop, the folder that goes with it, and also theme that you are currently using as it is in your shop (in other words not the stock default theme but the actual theme file you are using).

I think the ticket system allows for uploading of files, but I don't remember if it allows that big of files so you'll have to try it and see. If not then email them to Scott I guess.

Good luck on it Tassie, I sure hope they get it fixed for you.

The zip file is much more than 10mb which is the limit for uploading to Support. Is there an email addy I can send it to via sendthisfile?
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

I think Scott has also given it out in the forums as well ...and besides his computer is immune to all viruses and spam bots so I hear :P
