When I view products in any one category, they are presented in one vertical row on the left. How can I get them to spread ACROSS the screen?

I have looked at most every setting and can't figure out how to change the display.

This was an issue that was corrected in the latest version of the software. You can download that from our Website.

Scott - i AM using current version 3.7, Build 2751. So back to my question:
How can I get them to spread ACROSS the screen?

They should do it automatically. Is this issue appearing in preview or in the browser? If in the browser, what browser and version is that?

Also to add to Scotts questions, what theme are you using? I think we also have someone else that was saying they had trouble with this issue, maybe it's theme related?

Some older versions of Internet Explorer can also create problems with the way the page is displayed. Have you tried viewing it through a different type of browser Pete?

FIXED!
When I view products on my wife's laptop they DO go across the page as you say. They also look OK on another monitor I am using. The straight line display is only happening on my extra wide monitor!!

I will play with settings on wide monitor and see if I can change product display.

yw, post again please when you've narrowed down just what setting on your monitor might be doing this. I ask because this way if anyone else runs into this particular problem they can see an answer here. I have a 22 in. wide screen and have no issues with the displaying in horizontal rows so not sure where to tell you to look. Maybe also check your web zoom settings to make sure you aren't zoomed in so far that it can't get them in a row? That's all I have for possible reasons on it, but surely would appreciate a response if you do find it

I have a widescreen as well and it does not exhibit the problem you're having.
