Hi everyone, I have changed computers and set up my SCC again, but I can't get it to upload. I keep getting the message "ccdata" error ... my payments with PayPal and Google APIs for both are installed, and it's connecting through to the web site okay.

Can anyone help please? Many thanks!

On this new system, anything different setup? Any anti-virus, firewalls etc running? Have you tried editing your FTP Profile and check or un-check Passive Mode to see if that helps any?

I know, questions... questions... questions right...? ;)

Hi Scott, actually before I moved to the new computer, I was getting the same error on the old one, which made it even stranger. The old one had uploaded fine, but then I hadn't used it for a while - and when I did, it gave me the error. I was in a hurry at the time and just left it, and then had to change to the new computer.

Good idea to try the Passive Mode thing, ...... okay, that didn't work, but unchecking it brought up my firewall so I cleared access .... OH!!! DUMBO! my server pages are actually not in the root directory of the server, they're within a main folder called /httpdocs/ and I hadn't put that in front of the /store/ folder.

SORRY! My dumb! I blame overwork. LOL! THANKS! :-)

Yes, it all worked fine. What an AMATEUR mistake! Sorry, Scott. Scrambled brain. lol! Thanks for the speedy help; working through your questions made me use my brain a bit more to figure it all out and pointed me in the right direction. Cheers!
