Hi Peter,

These are the files I would expect to see in the shop's default directory, if you are using form builder version 8 build 205:

your_form.php
your_form.swf
your_form.xml
swfobject.js
ccmt.php

Looking at your form builder output file, it should be something similar to below
, where the swfobject.js file is referenced:

<script type="text/javascript" src="swfobject.js"></script><div id="CC6578977">Form Object</div><script type="text/javascript">var so = new SWFObject("default_form.swf", "default_form.xml", "500", "431", "7,0,0,0", "#ffffff");so.addParam("classid", "clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000");so.addParam("quality", "high");so.addParam("scale", "noscale");so.addParam("salign", "lt");so.addParam("FlashVars", "xmlfile=default_form.xml&w=500&h=431");so.write("CC6578977");</script>

Might be worth trying a separate ftp program..

Peter,

If you are using form builder version 8 build 205, then the above doesn't make sense to me. Have you tried creating a new form from scratch ?

Perhaps this is one for CoffeeCup themselves as they should be able to recognise which version has generated your placement text.

Perhaps, it might be worth uninstalling formbuilder then downloading again to see if that has an effect.

Ian - thanks for the input. I loaded the form I created from scratch and saved it. There was NO swfobject.js anywhere in the code. SOOoooo. I started a new form from one of the themes and immediately saved it. Believe it or not, the swobject.js file WAS GENERATED!!.

I might jhave done something wrong when I created the new form from scratch.
I will complete editing the theme form and then upload it to see if it works.

I'll keep you posted.

Thanks again,
Pete
