Howdy everybody,
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I'm about to lose my mind. I have a page called "customer information" in our store, and no matter how many times I upload, I keep getting an error. When I 'preview' the store, everything is fine. it's only after uploading that the error appears. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you have a corrupt upload. Have you tried re-uploading your site to see if that resolves the problem?

Thanks Will_UK. Yes, many many times. I'm working on a work-around right now. Just eliminating that page and posting it's information on another page that actually works.

Well, I deleted the corrupted page and put all that info on the View Cart page, but I'd still like to know what the error means. Thanks!

Php works by including little bits of code from various files. The error message is basically saying that it cant find a code file to complete its operation. In essence the file isn't there.
