Authorize.net problem - Post ID 129312

I have a Merchant Account Username and transaction key but on my payment page it is not allowing me to enter the information. Any help will be appreciated..

Sorry about the description. In my shop settings when I go to the payment tab and it defaults to my PayPal settings and when I try to enter the information in Payment Options Payment Provider for Authorize. net it will not allow me to enter the Merchant Account Username and Transaction Key which I have with Authorize.net The only thing active is the check box for enable Authorize.net which takes me to CC http://coffeecup.com/shopping-cart

Bill have you purchased and installed the Authorise.net module?
I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.

That sounds like you have not actually installed the Authorize.net module yet.

Sorry for not making myself clear on this question. My site is The Blacklight Shop I have had Authorize.net as a payment processor for probably five years or more as also PayPal. What I am trying to do is enter my Authorize.net Merchant username and transaction key in the payment processor. I am not looking to purchase a module.

Bill you will need to purchase the authorise.net module so you can use that option on the present version of SCC. It won't work unless you have that module installed.

I think Scott said in another thread that it will come with SCC Pro.

Have you contacted Authorize.net then for help? Sounds like you are having an issue with their online service.

Scott my issue is not with Authorize.net We get orders every day with payment through Authorize.net. My issue is with the payment setting being grayed out where I cannot enter my Authorize.net information

That would then mean you have not installed the Authorize.net module.. ;) I looked at all your orders and I don't even show you have purchased it yet.
