I upgraded to the new version & now my products are all displayed vertically in a single column, rather than horizontally with a few in each row. This means that my customers have to constantly scroll down quite a bit to see all of the products offered. Have I set something up wrong, or is this how the new version works?

You need to download and install the latest version of the latest version as this has been fixed for IE.

There is one version of IE (I think 5 that still does it), but that is an unsupported version, even by MicroSoft.

Should be fine in other browsers though. And yes, the latest version fixed this with 6 and newer IE.

Actually Cole, having just checked out your site link, it is showing as a single column dispaly in both Firefox and Opera browsers also. Your 'favorites' at the bottom of the page show as a three column display though?

The problem only seems to affect your home page, as all the category pages display fine?

Success! I upgraded my browser to IE8 and now it looks fine. I had no idea that could be the problem - thanks so much for taking the time to help me.

i just checked your link, and sure enough the home page has one verticall row,(untill you get to friday family favourites)(then three across) but all categories have three accross

I uploaded an identicall shop onto two different hosting accounts that i have

one had three rows as it should be, but the heading was at top not central (as yours is)

The other had the heading correct, but one row of products on home page and one row in all categories.

With classical jaz left navigation !!!!

I am waiting for classical jaz top right navigation update (which is missing ), as i use this on my sites
