Using Classical Jaz template ( NOT SURE ABOUT OTHERS)

Google checkout worked fine before, but now returns error

Error parsing XML; message from parser is: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><checkout-shopping-cart xmlns="http://checkout.google.com/schema/2"><

I have reported it so hopefully its being worked on

I had put & in one of my postal dispatch options, it did not like it
