When you create the shop, you get a Copyright ® 2009 Your Company, but by rights it should be Copyright © 2009 Your Company, shouldn't it?

Also when you make ekstra menu points, the headline always says Categories, it ought to me the same as the menu point (i.e. Menu_Point.inc.php line 31 <h2>Menu Point</h2> instead of <h2>Categories</h2>.

As to your menu comment, I was not able to fully understand the issue. Can you clarify a bit more?
